You can use our Book Installation Form on the website. Simply fill in the details and choose your preferred date.

Standard installation is free within serviceable areas. Additional charges may apply for custom setups or locations outside our standard coverage.

Ensure the space is accessible and has nearby electrical and/or water outlets. Clear any obstructions to help our technicians work efficiently.

We recommend professional installation to ensure warranty validity and optimal performance.

Warranty & Product Registration

Visit our Product Registration page and submit your product and purchase details.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal usage. Consumables and physical damage are not covered.

Most Livwell products come with a 1-year standard warranty. Some models may offer extended coverage; please check your product's documentation.

Registration is recommended to simplify claims, but you can also claim with a valid purchase invoice.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

AMC includes periodic maintenance, filter changes (where applicable), functional checks, and priority service.

Yes, standard filters are included. Specialized filters may incur additional charges depending on your model.

Yes, AMC can be transferred to a new address within our serviceable zones. Please notify us in advance.
